Full-fat table mayonnaise produced in the European Union, in squeeze bottles, jars and catering buckets.
Our mayonnaise is produced in the European Union from refined vegetable oil, pasteurized egg yolk and vinegar. It has a smooth, stable emulsion, a mild acidity and a long ambient shelf life, which makes it suitable for retail as well as for catering and food service in warm climates.
Ingredients
Refined vegetable oil, water, pasteurized egg yolk, vinegar, sugar, salt, mustard, lemon juice concentrate, acidity regulator and antioxidant.

- Fat content 65 – 80% (full fat), light versions on request
- Colour: cream to pale yellow, homogeneous emulsion
- Origin: European Union
- Shelf life: 12 months unopened, store below 25°C
